Why has my order not been delivered yet?

Once your order has been shipped, you should have received an email with the tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment with the carrier. Delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, traffic, or high demand. We understand it can be frustrating to wait longer for your order, and we appreciate your understanding.

If you are not home during a delivery attempt, the carrier will take your package back and usually make a new delivery attempt the following day (excluding Sundays).

Your order may be packed in multiple boxes. When a shipment consists of multiple packages, each package has its own tracking code. One tracking code is the main number for the shipment. It is possible that not all packages from one order are delivered at the same time. You can check the status of any undelivered packages online with the respective carrier.
