My product is damaged. What should I do?

We recommend checking your order immediately upon receipt to ensure everything is in good condition. You can report a damaged product within two weeks of receiving it.

Take clear photos of the damage and email them to our customer service, including your order number and a brief description of the issue. If the damage occurred during transport, please also include a photo of the packaging. This allows us to review your report quickly and discuss possible solutions.
