I forgot my password, what should I do?

If you have forgotten your password, you can easily request a new one by clicking on “My Account” and then “Forgot Password?” Enter your email address and click “Send.” You will automatically receive a link to reset your password. If you no longer remember the name or email address used for a previous order, our customer service team can assist you.

It is possible that you placed a previous order as a “guest.” In that case, you do not have an account and cannot access your previous orders. Requesting a password will not be possible. Please contact customer service, and they will assist you further.
