What is the difference between right- and left-swaying?

This refers to which side of the pole the flag’s design is readable (not mirrored). For a right-swaying flag, the flag is on the right side of the pole, and the design and/or text is correctly visible. The band with hooks is then on the left side (pole side) of the flag. For a left-swaying flag, it is the opposite.
