On one side, the flag is finished with a band and has a plastic hook at both the top and bottom. These hooks can be attached to the halyard, after which you can raise the flag.
For large flags (from 200 cm), there is also a hook in the middle of the band. This requires a flagpole ring. If the pole has an internal halyard, it is also recommended to hang a counterweight with flagpole rings on the bottom hook of the flag.
