You can cancel or modify your order up until the moment your order goes into production. After you approve the production layout, we proceed with manufacturing the products. Since the flags and banners are custom-made, these products cannot be returned. We therefore advise you to carefully check your files before approving them.
It is still possible to change bases and/or accessories. You can contact customer service to make these changes.
