What tips are there for designing a double-sided flag?

A double-sided printed beach flag is made from three layers of fabric. The outer layers are printed, and a silver-gray layer (blockout) is sandwiched in between to prevent show-through. This makes it possible to print different designs on each side.

When the layers of a double-sided flag are sewn together, the edges are hemmed and double-stitched. This narrow hem (1 cm) is visible on one side (the side and bottom edges). If the background is an image or consists of multiple color blocks, we recommend mirroring the background on the other side so that the narrow hem aligns as closely as possible with the background colors. Texts and logos should be placed within the pink safety line.

If a double-sided beach flag has a light (or white) background color, it may show a slight gray tint due to the silver-gray blockout layer behind it.
