No, unfortunately it is not possible to print a flag or banner in fluorescent, neon, or metallic colors (for example, gold or silver). These colors are outside the CMYK color range. They are converted to the closest approximation within the CMYK gamut, which means they lose their special effect (brightness or metallic shine).
