How can the delivery address be changed?

Notify our customer service as soon as possible of your address change by sending an email. Provide the new delivery address as completely as possible. If your order has already been shipped, it is unfortunately not possible to change the delivery address. Only after the shipment has been attempted once without success can we provide an alternative delivery address to the carrier.
