Packages are shipped with Track & Trace. You will receive the tracking number via an automated email (please also check your spam folder). We recommend tracking the shipment yourself so you know when your order will be delivered. Unfortunately, we cannot pass on special delivery instructions to the carrier. A name and signature are required upon delivery.
For pallet shipments, tracking information is sometimes available automatically, but not always. Transport usually takes several days, and only an estimated delivery date is provided in advance.
