Beach flags and other printed flags: 3 months warranty against manufacturing and production defects. Damage caused by weather conditions, improper use, or external influences is not covered.

Poles and accessories for beach flags: 6 months warranty against manufacturing and production defects. Damage caused by water, storms, third parties, or other external factors is not covered.

Roll-up banners: 30 days warranty on hardware under normal use. Damage caused by water, storms, or third parties is not covered.
If damage occurs due to external factors, we are happy to assist with a suitable solution, but any costs for this will be at your own expense.
