We recommend checking your product(s) immediately upon receipt to ensure everything is in order.
Items that are personal in nature (such as printed products) cannot be returned. For other products, a 14-day return period applies.
If you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it. The cost of returning the item is at your expense. Please inform us in advance that you are returning the item and the reason for the return. The item must be complete, unused, and undamaged, preferably in its original packaging.
Please note that when returning an item, you must include your name, address, phone number, and order number.
